Cosy studio in Montparnasse
|
Comfortable and functional 17m2 studio apartment with a private terrace placed in a little street between Rue Fizeau and Rue Castagnary at a walking distance from the Parc Georges Brassens.
Crossing the whole district from north to south this residential and commercial area is not far from the Seine River. It has many pleasant green squares such as the delightful Parc Andre Citroen with original design floor' jets of water, and the Parc Georges Brassens, a tribute to this famous singular French composer and singer. Starting on the border of the 6th and 7th districts, its end is close to Paris heliport and to the Aquaboulevard, a very large spa. In about ten metro station distance, what means some fifteen minutes, are some of the most important points of interest such as the Champs Elysees, the Tuileries Garden beside the Louvre Museum, and the Opera Garnier. The neighborhood offers diverse sorts of services, shops, restaurants and cafes, as well as markets and supermarkets.
This apartment is located on the ground floor of a 2000's year building with a marble entrance and private courtyard. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system, and a videophone system. The exposure is north and it faces the private 7m2 terrace as well as a flourished courtyard. The walls are white painted and there is wooden floor almost everywhere as well as exterior shutters and double-glazed windows.
The apartment is divided as follows: when you enter it is a small entry hall on the right hand-side of which is a bathroom and toilet; the entry hall opens onto the 12m2 living room and open kitchen.
The living room has a French window opening onto the terrace. It is decorated with a sofa bed (140 wide), a closet, a mini stereo, a wooden chest of drawers with a cable TV and VCR (combo) and a telephone.
The open kitchen is equipped with a small electric oven, two electric burners, a small fridge, a stainless sink, a coffee maker, and a toaster. There is also a washing machine.
The bathroom is all tiled and fitted with a shower protected by a curtain, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and a toilet.
The terrace is fitted with a wooden garden dining table and its matching chairs.
The nearest metro station is Porte de Vanves (line 13) and Convention (line 12). There is also bus line N°95 and PC.
