Luxurious three bedroom apartment in the Montmartre area

Located between Rue Hermel and Rue de Clignancourt, this spacious and totally refurbished 120m² three-bedroom apartment is not very far from this vivid and safe neighborhood is the Montmartre area. Climbing up the knoll one finds the famous Sacred Heart Basilica, and the nice Place du Tertre with the numerous painters, drawers, and caricaturists. Close to the apartment are the Montmartre's Town Hall, a daily open-air market (Rue Duhesme), and all kinds of shops, restaurants, and bars. The metro line drives you directly to the center of Paris going through La Madeleine, Place de la Concorde until Sèvres-Babylone and the 6th Arrondissement. The apartment is situated on the fourth floor of a 1912 elevator building with concierge. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system as well as an intercom. This bedroom has an en suite shower room with a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and a shower cabin. The 15m² third bedroom has a window. It is furnished with two 80cm-wide beds, side tables, a chest of drawers, a walk-in closet and a cable TV. The separate kitchen has a window. It is equipped with a fridge, a freezer, four ceramic hotplates, a cooker hood, an electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a coffee maker and a kettle. The bathroom has a window, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and a bathtub with wall-mounted showerhead. The nearest metro station is Jules Joffrin (line 12). Heating and water heater are individual and electric.
