Situated between Rue de Buci and Quai Conti, the heart of Saint-Germain-des-pres and its most charming streets, this studio apartment is central.
Celebrated area for its elegant, trendy streets and for the many pleasure' options stylish fashion shops, a traditional elegant mall, antiques' shops, art galleries, sophisticated and traditional restaurants and cafes.
A few minutes away from the renowned Boulevard Saint Germain, the ravishing Luxembourg Garden, the Seine River, and most of the monuments and points of interest. Also, in the neighborhood there are excellent quality services such as fine bakeries, selected supermarkets, and the well-known daily Buci open-air market.
The 17m² apartment is situated on the third floor of an 18th century elevator building (elevator from the first floor). The main entrance gate is protected by a security system as well as an intercom. The apartment faces the street (eastern exposure), it has painted walls and wall-to-wall carpet and the shower room is tiled.
The entry door opens on the living room with its open kitchen and a mezzanine. On the left-hand side is the shower room.
The 14m² living room has two windows and built-in wall closets. It is furnished with a (130cm-wide) bed, a dining table, a 90cm-wide mattress on the floor of the mezzanine, a cable TV with a combined VCR and a phone.
The open kitchen set up in closet has a fridge, a microwave, two ceramic burners, a cooker hood, a stainless-steel sink, a washing machine, a coffee maker and a toaster.
The shower room has a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a shower cabin with a plastic curtain and a toilet.
Heating and water heater are electric and individual.
The nearest metro station is Odeon (line 4).
