This studio is located in the 15th Arrondisement, in rue Beatrix Dussane, between rue Lourmel and rue Viala.
This traditional Parisian district is mostly residential and provided with charming squares but also all sorts of boutiques, as well as restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and convenience shops. An open-air market is close by.
It is close to the Porte de Versailles Trade Show Center and a few metro stations away from the Montparnasse, famous for its local highest skyscraper showing a singular view over Paris and for its large number of theaters, restaurants, cafes and cinemas.
The metro stations Dupleix (line 6) and La Motte-Piquet (lines 6, 8, 10) provide easy access to any part of Paris.

The 15m2 (approx 160 sq. feet) apartment with 2,60m ceilings is on the 1st floor of a walk-up building. The window faces southeast into the courtyard. It is protected by a digicode. The room has a stone floor and the furniture is modern.
Layout:
The entrance door opens into the living area (12m2 - approx 130 sq. ft)), which is furnished with a double sofa bed, a dining table with two chairs and a walk-in closet. There is one window, facing southeast into the courtyard. The room is equipped with a TV and a high-speed internet connection.
The open kitchen comes with an electric stove, a microwave, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, a toaster and a coffee maker.
The grey-tiled bathroom has a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.
The closest metro is Dupleix (line 6).
Electric heat and hot water are individually metered.
Smoking is permitted; pets are not.
