Three bedroom apartment in Montorgueil
This furnished three bedroom apartment is located in the Montorgueil neighborhood in Paris, close to the Les Halles area. It is situated on the third floor of an 18th century building with elevator. Access to the building is provided through a coded system and an intercom.

The apartment's spacious and bright living room with its many paintings and sculptures conveys a comfortable and original atmosphere. You can easily host a dinner for six in the well-equipped eat-in-kitchen and you will especially appreciate the two full bathrooms in the morning in order to save some time before exploring the city.

The living room, the office and one of the bedrooms are exposed south with a view on the apartment street itself, whereas all other rooms are exposed east with a view on the interior courtyard.

The apartment is ideally located on a pedestrian street in the heart of Paris, the Montorgueil neighborhood.
In fact, the apartment street is a prolongation of the rue Montorgueil on which you can find all kinds of stores, such as supermarkets, bakeries, florists and pharmacies. Rue Montorgueil also features an abundance of restaurants, bars and cafés. The Forum des Halles with its retail stores, cinemas and swimming pool is just a couple of blocks from the apartment, as is the Louvre museum.
