Cozy studio in Montparnasse

Comfortable 21m2 studio apartment located between Plaisance and Pernety in the residential and commercial Montparnasse area.
The street and the area where the studio is located are partly residential and commercial having all kinds of stores and services. Montparnasse live and trendy area with all its theaters, cinemas, restaurants, and nice cafes, as well as the 6th district and its elegant fashion stores are in a 10 minutes distance by the subway.
This apartment is situated on the ground floor of a beginning of the century well-maintained building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and the exposure is Southeast. The apartment faces an inner courtyard.
The apartment is divided as follows: when you enter it is a 17m2 main space opening onto a separate and open eat-in kitchen with on its left hand-side a bathroom and toilet.
The main space has a double glaze window viewing the courtyard and is decorated with two trundle beds (80 wide each) and on a mezzanine reachable by a ladder is a double bed (140 wide).
There is also a cable TV and a few decorative items.
The kitchen has a small double glaze window and is furnished with a dining table and its matching chairs and is equipped with a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a fridge, an electric oven and four electric burners, and a sink. There is also a washing machine.
The bathroom has a small double glaze window and is fitted with a shower protected by a curtain, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and a toilet.
The nearest metro stations are Plaisance or Pernety (line 13).
