Located in the heart of the 5th Arrondissement, a few steps away from Le Jardin des Plantes, La Maison du Maroc, and The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a stone building having an elevator; the main entrance gate is protected by a security system and an intercom. The apartment has two main doors, is South/West oriented, has white painted walls, parquet everywhere except in the corridor, the kitchen and the bathroom, that are tiled. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with 2 vitroceramic burners, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a cooker head, a microwave, a stainless steel sink, and a washing machine. It has a table and two tools. The window opens on a courtyard. The bathroom has two skylights, a bathtub with a wall mounted shower head, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror. The toilet is separate. The nearest metro station is Censier Daubenton (line 7) Heating and water heater are individual electric.
