Quiet studette close to the Champs Elysees
|
Located between Avenue Niel and La Place des Ternes, this studio is situated in a very lively area close to Les Champs Elysées where you will find restaurants, cafes, cinemas. A few steps away is la Rue Poncelet with its daily open market.
The 10m2 studio is located on the 6th floor of a 19th century walk up building, facing the courtyard and having an Eastern exposure. It has a small balcony.
The lay out is as follows : you enter in a small corridor where is the separate tiny electric toilet (toilet with sanibroyer) and then is the studio with its dining table, a chest of drawers, a shower cabin with a wall mounted shower head (low ceiling).
The kitchen has a stone sink, a fridge, a microwave and an electric burner. Above is the mezzanine with a 140 cm wide mattress on the floor, where you access through a ladder.
The nearest metro stations are Pereire (line 3 ) and Etoile (lines 1,2, RER A)
