Situated between Rue aux Ours & Rue Bourg l'Abbé, this attractive 110m² two bedroom apartment is on the fifth French floor of a 20th century building having a security code system, an intercom and an elevator. This bright apartment is equipped with an alarm and is east and west exposed. A long narrow balcony extends from the kitchen to the living and bedroom area with access from each room, there are also four windows overlooking the roofs. The apartment is decorated with designer furnishings and art work. The 30m² living room has two windows, a sofa, a 140cm-wide sofa bed, a coffee table, a piano, a TV, a DVD player and a stereo. The 20m² office (living room) is equipped with a desk, two chairs, a small table, bookshelves and two windows. The 16m² bedroom has a window and a 140cm-wide bed. The 15m² bedroom has a window, a closet, a desk, a phone with a fax machine and a 140cm-wide bed. The two bedrooms communicate with a tiled bathroom with a washbasin surounted by a mirror, a tub and a toilet. A second bathroom has a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a tub and a wall-mounted showerhead. A second separate toilet is accessible from the hallway. The separate eat-in kitchen has a window. The eating space is furnished with a table and chairs, separated from the kitchen by a bar. It is equipped with four ceramic hotplate with a cooker hood, a double stainless-steel sink, a dishwasher, a washing machine with combined dryer, a fridge, a freezer, an electric oven, a coffee maker, a toaster. The apartment is located next to a touristic and pedestrian street, just beside the Centre Georges Pompidou, also known as the Beaubourg Center. It is the most visited monument in France. There are all sorts of shops, restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. The apartment is less than a 10minute walk from the Louvre and the charming and lovely Ile de la Cite, where the Cathedral Notre Dame is built. The closet metro station is Etienne Marcel (Line 4), Rambuteau (Line 11) Réaumur-Sébastopol (line 3 & 4). Heating and water heater are individual and electric.
