Situated between Rue Montorgueil and Rue Montmartre, this two bedroom apartment is very centrally located in one of the most colorful 'quartiers' of Paris enclosing the renowned Montorgueil area offering large number of quality food stores, open vegetable and fish stands, and small specialty shops, as well as a wide range of all budgets' restaurants. It is also a few steps away from the Halles, Paris biggest shopping mall on four levels. Many of the Parisian points of interest such as the Centre Georges Pompidou (Beaubourg), the Seine River with its famous islands - Ile de la Cite and Ile Saint Louis, the Louvre Museum, and the City Hall are in a short walking distance. The 120m2 two bedroom apartment is situated on the 6th floor of a 19th century building having an elevator. This building is located in a pedestrian precinct. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system, as of 7 PM.every day., all day long over the week-ends. There is a concierge as well in the building. It has a French window with curtains,opening on the street. The main 16m2 bedroom is decorated with a double bed (140 cm wide) 2 bedside tables, 2 reading lamps, an antic chest of drawers and an antic writing desk. It has 2 French windows facing the street. The 10m2 bedroom is decorated with a single bed (80 cm wide) a bedside table with a reading lamp and a baby bed. It faces the courtyard. The windowed eat-it kitchen faces the courtyard; it is fully equipped with a large dining table and matching chairs, a ceramic sink, an electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, 4 gas burners, a fridge, a freezer, a boiler, a coffee maker and a toaster. You access the first bathroom from the kitchen, it is equipped with a bathtub with an handled shower head, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and the washing machine. The second windowed bathroom has a bathtub with an handled shower head, two washbasins surmounted by a mirror, a French bidet. The separate toilet has a window, a small washbasin .
