Quiet one bedroom apartment in the Marais
Calm and comfortable 30m2 one bedroom apartment on the 5th floor of a walk up building. It is situated between Rue de la Verrerie and Rue de la Bretonnerie in the heart of the Marais area and close to the Hotel de Ville.

It is also within walking distance from the renowned Centre Culturel Georges Pompidou, known as Beaubourg. The apartment is very close to a lot of important monuments and tourist points of interest such as the Louvre Museum and the majestic Jardin des Tuileries.
The Seine River and is just a few steps away.
The apartment is located in a lively and culturally rich area with many restaurants, cafes and shops.

The apartment is divided as follows: the entry door opens onto an open kitchen, followed by the living room which leads to the bedroom and from there to the bathroom.

The open kitchen has a window and is equipped with four electric burners, a stainless sink, a toaster and a coffee make. It is equipped with all the necessary utensils.

The living room has a window facing a courtyard. It is decorated with a single sofa bed. There are also a wooden desk and a chair, as well as a folding dining table and a TV with VCR. There ia also a telephone in the living room.

The bedroom has a double bed (with storage drawer) and a window facing a quiet courtyard. It has a dresser and drawers, as well as a stereo recorder.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower.

The nearest metro stations are Hotel de Ville (lines 1&11) and Rambuteau (line 11).

It is true what they say: Location, Location, Location. With the apartment situated at the heart of Paris, our 3 month stay was one most memorable. The decor of the apartment, along with the back drop of the Marais had contributed to French charm that makes Paris such a magical place.
