One bedroom apartment in the Tuileries Area

This cosy and bright one bedroom apartment is located between the Rue Saint Honoré and Avenue de l'Opéra. Not very far is the famous Louvre Museum, but the must is the celebrated Rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré with its fashion shops, jewellers, restaurants; very close is the open market of the Place du Marché where you will find all sorts of fresh foods and vegetables as well as nice restaurants. Very close to the apartment is also the Saint Roch Church (you can see its tower and hear its bell from the bathroom). The 37m2 apartment is located on the 5th floor of a 19th century walk up building; it faces the street and an inner courtyard. The exposure is west on the courtyard side and South on the street side. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system. There is wooden floor everywhere except in the kitchen and the bathroom that are tiled. The 20m2 living room is nicely decorated with a sofa, a chest of drawers, and two windows facing the street, an armchair and a coffee table. The 12m2 bedroom has a double bed (140 cm wide) a TV set with a DVD player, set of shelves and the window faces the street. The open eat in kitchen has a window, a dining table with matching chairs; it is equipped with an electric oven, a sink, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fried freezer (combo), a washing machine, a toaster and an Italian coffee machine. The windowed and sunny bathroom has a tub with a handled showerhead, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and a toilet. The nearest metro stations are Tuileries (line 1), Pyramides (lines 7,14) and Palais Royal (lines 1, 7).
