Studio apartment in the 'Republique' area
Located between Place de la République and Boulevard Saint-Martin, this studio apartment is centrally located very close to Republique and a few steps away from The Marais, The Halles. The trendy and youthful area of Oberkampf with its lot of cafes, restaurants and cinemas is very close too.

This studio has been refurbished in 2004. The 23-m2 apartment is situated in a courtyard. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system; the apartment is located on the ground floor of a walk-up building.
The apartment faces the quiet courtyard, having a West exposure. It has wooden floor in the living room, and in the kitchen. The bathroom is tiled.

The living room is decorated with a sofa-bed (140cm wide) a coffee table an armchair, a writing desk, a phone, a cable TV and a dining table with chairs. It has a window facing the courtyard.

The open eat in kitchen has a window and is fully equipped with a stainless steel sink, four electric burners, a cooker hood, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine dryer (combo) a fridge-freezer (combo) a toaster, a coffee machine.

The bathroom has a shower with a wall-mounted showerhead, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror as well as a heater specially use to dry towel and a toilet.

The nearest metro station is Republique (lines 3,5,9,11,) and is 2 minute walking distance from the apartment.

Most importantly, though, the pictures and description on your website were 100% accurate. I was pleased to find no surprises, except that the
apartment came with a landline phone (good surprises are always welcome!).
The landlady was also very pleasant to deal with.

PS. I don't usually provide feedback when asked for it, but I was very impressed with your website and my experience with your sales staff, let alone the apartment itself and how accurately you presented it.
