Spacious two bedroom apartment in the Marais

This 100 m2 two bedroom apartment is located between Boulevard Beaumarchais and Rue de Turenne in a little street of the nearby Marais area, with its lot of restaurants, trendy cafes, venues . Very close is the Place de la Bastille (three metro stations) where you will find restaurants, cafes as well as the famous Opera de la Bastille. The neighborhood is friendly and cosmopolitan. This comfortable two-bedroom apartment is situated on the fourth floor of an end of the 18th century building having an elevator. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and there is a concierge as well, the walls are white painted with wooden floor and carpets almost everywhere. The exposure is East/west and the apartment faces the street side and a courtyard. It is divided as follows: when you enter you will find a long corridor, on the right hand side is the living room, followed by the bedroom ; on the left hand side are the kitchen, followed by a bedroom and its adjoining bathroom. The other bathroom and a large dressing room are in the hallway. Then is the living and dining room have two windows facing the street and are decorated with a sofa, a coffee table, a decorative fireplace, armchairs, a chest of drawers, a dining table and its matching chairs, a bookcase , an antic piece of furniture, a TV set and telephone. The first 20m2 bedroom has a window facing the courtyard and is furnished with a sofa- bed (140 wide), two armchairs, a bedside table, a writing desk, a coffee table, a stereo and a wardrobe. The second 16m2 bedroom has a window facing the street, is decorated with a writing desk, a library, a single bed (90 cm wide) . The eat-in kitchen has a window facing a courtyard and a table. It is equipped with a microwave, an electric oven, four gas burners, a fridge and freezer (combo) a dishwasher, a toaster and a ceramic sink. The bathrooms are all tiled with a window. One is fitted with a tub with a handled showerhead, a washbasin, and a toilet. The second is equipped with a shower cabin with a wall mounted showerhead, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and a toilet. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. The nearest metro station is Filles du Calvaire (line 8)
