Studio apartment with mezzanine

Pedestrian section of the Marais district, located between rue Tiquetonne and rue Saint Sauveur.
An authentic unquestionably live village of residential and commercial streets is the Parisian traditional Quartier Montorgueil, in its most part pedestrian, as retractable boundary marks allow almost only the residents to go in with their autos. Place of gourmets' choice, renowned for the quality from father to son victuals' shops, and also for the fact that for long time it has been the domain of fashion designers. Paved with small stones, rue Montorgueil is the heart of this area, enclosing remarkable restaurants, and having all along number of pleasant cafes.
Full of charm this 32m2 character studio is located on the 2nd floor of an 18th century walk-up building equipped with a security system. White walls show to advantage the genuine beams exposed on the 3.80m high ceiling, and the nice parquet floor. Fine curtains garnish the floor to ceiling west exposed window looking out over the street.
Straight after the main, to the left side of the hall corridor first is the bathroom, and then the living room.
In the cosy 18m2 living room the decoration consists on a nice decorative fireplace, a 1.40cm wide double sofa bed facing a rectangular console on which a cable TV and a stereo are set down, recessed bookshelves, a wall mounted small table and two chairs, and an area carpet.
A flight of wooden stairs goes up to the wall-to-wall carpeted 8m2 mezzanine. With 1.80m high ceiling, it is furnished with a 1.40cm wide double bed, there is a closet space screened by fabric curtains, and a window garnished with curtains.
Choice white cupboards compose the all light gray' tiled open kitchen, equipped with two vitro ceramic burners, a microwave oven, and a small fridge with freezer compartment, an electric kettle and coffee maker. All utensils are stowed away in the drawers and cupboards.
Placed in the hall, the bathroom also has ceiling genuine beams. It encloses a bathtub with a wall-mounted showerhead, a washbasin with a mirror above and cabinet below, a washing machine, and toilet.
There is also a high speed internet connection available.
The nearest metro stations are Les Halles (lines 1, 4, 7, 11 and 14), and Sentier (line 3).
