Very calm two bedroom apartment

Situated between rue des Ecouffes and rue Vieille du Temple. In the heart of Paris, one of its most desirable and trendiest areas, the Marais, was originally a swampland until the 12th century. From that time, little by little number of constructions were settled, such as the genuine stones and colored bricks' private mansions, being since then so peculiar to this district. All the restorations it was subject to show up today the jewels of its architecture mostly from the 16th, 17th and 18th centuries, a must to see for those who are fond of character buildings. It encloses famous museums such as Picasso and Carnavalet, as well as charming little streets, stylish shops, selected and traditional restaurants and cafés. North exposed and facing a little street, this pleasant 60m2 2-bedroom apartment is located on the 5th walk up floor, courtyard side of a late 19th century building equipped with a security system. It has off white walls, 2.50m high ceilings, and a nice herringbone patterned parquet floor in the living room and bedrooms, which windows garnished with light curtains open to a small street. Giving access to all other rooms, the hall has a tiled floor, a little dressing room, a console, and a window. In the beginning of the corridor placed to the right side is the 18m2 living room is furnished with a sofa and an armchair facing a rectangular coffee table, a round wooden dining table with four comfortable chairs, a decorative fireplace, recessed bookshelves, a stereo and lamps standing on consoles, a floor lamp, and a cable TV set down on a movable rack. Besides, there are paintings, an area carpet, and a French window. Outside the living room, just beside the door, there is a wall-mounted telephone having a cord long enough going up to the armchair. At the bottom of the living room, to the right side, the 12m2 master bedroom also enlightened by a French window is fitted out with a 1.20m wide single bed, a built in closet, recessed bookshelves, an antique desk and chair, and a straw armchair. Facing the hall, the 11m2 guest's bedroom has a 0,90cm wide single bed with a bedside table and lamp, a built in closet, a desk, an area carpet, and a window. At the bottom of the corridor the kitchen is equipped with four gas burners, a hood with exhaust fan, a traditional electric oven, a combo fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an electric kettle, and Italian coffee maker, double stainless steel sinks installed on the white worktop, and an horizontal pivot window. Other necessary utensils are stowed away in the cupboards and drawers. Right by the kitchen, the bathroom encloses a white square washbasin with a mirror above and cabinet below, a tiled shower cabin protected by a plastic curtain, and a small window. There is a separate toilet. The closest metro station is Saint Paul (line 1).
