This furnished apartment is located just a few steps from the Seine River on Rue Christine behind Quai des Grands Augustins. A few minutes away from the renowned Boulevard Saint Germain are the ravishing Luxembourg Garden and most of the monuments and points of interest. Premises:

The furnished one-bedroom is on the third floor of a 17th century building with an elevator. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded system and opens into a corridor with a second door, also protected by an intercom. This leads to the staircase.

Upon entering the apartment, there is a small entrance which has a window. The living room and bedroom are on the left and the bathroom and kitchen are opposite.

The living room is tiled and has a window that overlooks a courtyard. It is furnished with a sofa, a dining table with two chairs, two armchairs, some shelves and a decorative fireplace. It is also equipped with a TV. There are stairs leading to a mezzanine equipped with a desk and some shelves.

At the entrance there are two built-in closets, one of which contains a washing machine and dryer.

The bedroom has wall-to-wall carpeting and two windows with curtains that overlook the same courtyard as the living room. It is furnished with a double-size bed, two bedside tables, a desk, a wardrobe, and a desk with a chair topped by shelves.

The separate kitchen has a window and it is equipped with two electric plates, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. A small table with a stool allows for eating in the kitchen.

The bathroom has a window and is fitted with a bathtub with a showerhead, a washbasin and a toilet.
