Studio apartment in the heart of Paris

Neighborhood:
Close to the famous Georges Pompidou Cultural Center and Les Halles Mall, this apartment is a 10-minute walk to the Louvre Museum and the adjoining Royal Tuileries Gardens. Also nearby is the Seine River with its unique islands -- Ile de la Cite, the site of the Notre Dame Cathedral, and the delightful Ile Saint Louis, a must see. In addition to the French traditional and international restaurants and cafes, all sorts of conveniences can be found in the neighborhood.
Rue Saint Denis is a famous street very conveniently located right in the heart of Paris. Be aware however that some parts of this street are in the red lights district.
Premises:
This studio apartment is located on the fourth floor (fifth in the USA) of an 18th century building equipped with an elevator. Two coded security systems and a guardian protect the main entrance gate.
Layout:
The building's entrance door opens into a corridor that leads to another entrance door. That leads to the staircase and the elevator.
The entrance door opens directly into the open kitchen in the living area. There is a bathroom with a toilet on the left and then the bedroom area.
The 14m² (approx. 150 sq. ft.) living area has two windows opening onto a courtyard with a western exposure. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a single-size sofa bed, a dining table with four matching chairs, some shelves and a phone.
The open kitchen is equipped with two electric burners, a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a combo microwave-grill oven, a coffee maker and a kettle.
The 10m² (approx. 105 sq. ft.) bedroom area has one window overlooking a courtyard with an eastern exposure. It is furnished with a double-size bed, a bedside table with an alarm clock, a lamp and a phone. There is also a TV and a built-in closet with a vacuum cleaner.
The bathroom has a window and is equipped with a small tub with showerhead, a washbasin and a toilet.
The nearest metro station is Les Halles/Chatelet (line 1,7,11,14,4; RER A, B, D).
Heat and hot water are electric and are individually metered.
