Situated in the heart of the Latin Quarter, between Place de la Contrescarpe and rue Clovis.
Ideally set between Pantheon-Sorbonne University, the exquisite Luxembourg Garden, and the so sweet Contrescarpe Place, where almost begins the rue Mouffetard with its typical cafes, traditional and international restaurants, and famous open-air market. Saint Germain des Près, the Seine quays, Isle Saint Louis, Ile de la Cité and Notre Dame Cathedral, and the Botanical Gardens are in a short walking distance. Besides, this spot is very convenient merci the various handy shops such as bakeries and cake shops, video clubs, drugstores, and dry cleaners, and a communal swimming pool overlooking the Pantheon's gardens, among other conveniences.

Overlooking the street and the Pantheon's dome, Saint Etienne du Mont Church, Henry IV the King' Tower, and Paris roofs, it has a wall-to-wall carpet and 2.55m slightly slopped high ceilings, the whole surface consisting on a 11m2 living room, sliding doors splitting off the 10m2 bedroom and separated kitchen, and a bathroom.
Decorated with a comfortable 140cm wide double futon sofa bed placed in front of a rectangular coffee table, a drop-leaf wooden dining table and four matching chairs, and a built in closet with sliding mirror doors, the living room also features a stereo set down on a console, a DVD and a window garnished with double curtains.
To the left side, the bedroom is furnished with a 140cm wide built in double bed, small recessed shelves, a Chinese bamboo armchair with Senegalese cushions, and a window screened by curtains.
In the separated kitchen there are two electric burners, a hood with fan, a multifunction oven (microwave), a fridge with freezer compartment, a washing machine, electric kettle and coffee maker. Utensils are available put away in the cupboards or shelves.
All white painted and tiled the bathroom is placed across the bedroom, to the left side. It encloses a tiled shower cabin protected by sliding doors, a white washbasin with a mirror medicine cabinet above and cabinet below, and toilet.
