Situated between rue Avenue du Maine and rue Gassendi.
Residential calm street a few steps away from the pedestrian area enclosing rue d'Aguerre with its renowned fresh victuals' shops, as well as fashion and other diverse conveniences' shops. In a short walking distance to Denfert Rochereau Place from where start the bus lines to Orly Airport, it is two metro stations away from the Montparnasse live and trendy district also famous for its highest local skyscraper showing a singular view over Paris, and for its large number of theaters, cinemas, international and selected restaurants, and nice cafes
Bright and silent this south exposed 24m2 studio overlooking the courtyard is located on the 6th floor of a 19th century walk up building equipped with a security system. Showing white walls and a nice parquet floor, it has 2.54m high ceiling, and the windows overlook the courtyards.
Straight after the main door the 20m2 living room comprises a 140cm double sofa bed set behind a small partition where the walls are smartly Bordeaux painted, a chest of drawers, a wooden closet and another one recessed and open, a rectangular wall mounted dining table (also employed as a desk) and two stools, recessed small shelves, a wall mounted TV with a DVD player and two windows screened by outside rolling blinds.
A high speed Internet connection is available.
The kitchen is open to the living room, equipped with two vitro ceramic burners and a stainless steel sink set down on a wall to wall wooden worktop, a microwave oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, and cupboards in which are put away the utensils.
At the bottom of the living room, to the right side, the bathroom's white tiles are dressed up with light brown freezes. It is provided with a tiled shower cabin protected by glass sliding doors, a washing machine below the white washbasin, a mirror, and a frosted glass window. Unique for its coral painted walls, the toilet is separate.
The closest metro stations are Denfert Rochereau (lines 4, 6, and RER B), and Pernety (line 13).
