Spacious two bedroom design apartment

Just beside the Eiffel Tower, situated between Avenue de la Bourdonnais and rue du Géneral Camou. A few steps from the Eiffel Tower settled in the splendid Champ de Mars with its beautiful floral gardens, also very close is the Seine River. Opposite, beyond the Seine River, the Trocadero Place shows the Palais de Chaillot built for the International Exhibition in 1937, housing the Cinema Museum, the Marine Museum, and the Humain Being Museum, as well as an esplanade offering the most impressive view of the Eiffel Tower. All sorts of fashion, conveniences and other shops, selected restaurants and cafes, are found in the neighborhood. Unique triplex design apartment section of the time-honored Magasins du Louvre distinguished for its tower displaying an antique precious four faces clock which mechanism was taken off a few years ago. Sizing 80m2, it is located on the 7th floor (one walk up floor) of a building dating back to the 19th century, equipped with a security system and a full time caretaker. Exposed to the main cardinal points, it is also peculiar for its lay out. Featuring a gorgeous picture window in the dining room overlooking Paris roofs, monuments, and full sky, in all the floors white walls show to advantage a nice parquet floor, except the last one, which is the clock tower, surrounded by glass walls and having an hexagonal tiled floor. There are three levels in this apartment: the first one on the 7th floor includes the entrance as well as the two bedrooms and the two bathrooms. The second level, on the 8th floor, features the kitchen and the living room. The last one displays the clock and is on the 9th floor. FIRST LEVEL (two bedrooms, two bathrooms and the entrance) A pleasant hall decorated with an antique console and a desk is placed right after the main door. It leads to the master's bedroom to the left side, and to the facing guests' bedroom. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and a private bathroom. A flight of stairs climbs to the dining room and open kitchen, and to the small living room. Finally, a straight steel ladder goes up to the top of the tower. Mansard roofed the 12m2 master bedroom (+9m2 low height) is fitted out with a 160cm wide double bed with night tables and lamps, a built in closet, recessed wall shelves, a cable TV with international channels, a VCR and DVD players, and three skylights. Sliding doors open to the 10m2 guest's bedroom, furnished with a 140cm wide double bed with a bedside wall lamp, a dressing, a recessed box room including a clothes rail and cabinets, a desk, a large mirror placed between recessed bookshelves, all enlighten by a skylight window. The nice masters' bathroom is also mansard roofed, having a bathtub, a design washbasin below a large mirror, towels' warmer, and toilet. After sliding doors and curtains the guests' bathroom encloses a roomy tiled shower cabin. At this floor there is a separate toilet. SECOND LEVEL (kitchen and living room): Design steel stairs (no handrails) climb to the pleasant dining room and open kitchen. There is a rectangular dining table with four design armchairs, singular green wall shelves, two windows, and a picture window showing an exceptional view over Paris on the Invalides dome side. The open kitchen is equipped with a slate countertop on which are set four vitro ceramic burners and a square sink in front of a window, in addition to a traditional electric oven, a fridge, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, and cabinets containing the utensils. Following, the 9m2 living room is fitted out with a sofa, a design seat, a singular floor lamp, and two opposite small windows. THIRD LEVEL (Second living room) The last level features the clock and give access to an additional office space that can be accessed through a ladder. A second living room is placed on the clocks' space on top of the next flight of stairs. All surrounded by glass walls on which are set the clock's dials, it has hexagonal tiled floor, furnished with an U-shaped sofa, and a console on which stand two lamps. The closest metro stations are Ecole Militaire (line 8), and Alma Marceau (line 9).
