Private alley perpendicular to a calm street situated between rue rue Lepic and Avenue Junot. It is necessary to climb several flights of steps to reach the address.
Mont Martre, Mont Parnasse, Menil Montant, Mont Souris, Champ l'Évêque and Butte-aux-Cailles, are the names of the six Paris hillocks.
Historical and cultural Center having inspired number of artists, more than six million visitors have visited Montmartre. One of the most peculiar districts of Paris for its vines and its songs, poets and painters, and for its major symbol, the Sacred Heart Basilica, the 130metters high esplanade on its top offers a splendid view over Paris. In a few metro stations distance are the Opera, the Champs Elysées, and the Louvre Museum, for instance. On the way downhill there are many options on vegetables and fruits markets, diverse sorts of restaurants and cafes, and all conveniences.

South exposed, it has windows protected by outside shutters overlooking the alley, white walls, 2.60 high ceilings, and light brown tiled floor.
Cosy, the 15,5m2 living room is fitted out with 0,90cm wide trundle beds also used as sofa set down on a rattan area carpet, a rectangular wooden dining table with one chair and two stools, a chest of drawers, lamps, a pleasant naïf painting, a houseplant, a telephone, and two windows. There is the American open kitchen with a wooden countertop and two stools.
To the right side the 9m2 bedroom is furnished with a 140cm wide double bed ahead a wall-to-wall closet provided with built in spotlights in a niche above the bed head, a TV with Freebox (45 channels + phone + DSL internet access) and a DVD player standing on a chest of drawers, and a window protected by outside shutters.
Equipped with 2 vitro ceramic burners, a multifunction oven, and a hood with fan, a compact fridge, an electric coffee maker, and a toaster, the kitchen also encloses a washing machine, a round stainless steel sink, and utensils stowed in the cupboard, shelf, and drawers.
Two steps raised and having 2mhigh ceiling, the charming white tiled bathroom includes a tiled shower cabinet protected by semi circular sliding glass doors, a nice mirror above the white ceramic washbasin, cabinets, and toilet.
The closest metro station is Lamarck Caulaincourt (line 12).
