One bedroom apartment close to the Champs Elysees

Very close to the Champs Elysées Avenue and to Ternes Place, situated between Avenue de Friedland and Avenue Hoche.
Neighboring one of the prettiest parks of Paris, the Park de Monceau, surrounded by alluring gates and featuring winning gardens and paths, sculptures of renowned personalities, and small polls, this area is in a short distance to the Champs Elysées. Considered as one of the most renowned and beautiful avenues in the world, the Champs Elysées, or Elysian Fields, is nowadays placed among the most picturesque Parisian symbols. This entire district abounds of points of interest, luxurious shops, gourmet restaurants and gorgeous coffee terraces, as well as all sorts of convenience shops.
Located on the 4th floor of an early 19th century walk up building equipped with a security system, an intercom, and a full time caretaker, this southwest exposed 33m2 one-bedroom apartment has white painted walls and a nice parquet floor, 2.55m high ceilings, and all double glazing windows with curtains overlooking the street, except the one in the bathroom, which opens to a narrow courtyard.
In the small hall there are ceiling spotlights and a nice wall mirror. It gives access to the pleasing 14m2 living room, open kitchen, and bathroom at left, and to the 13m2 bedroom at the right side.
Decorated with a sofa, a square coffee table with matching small consoles also used as stools, and two modern desks that may also act as dining tables (soon there might be a wall mounted dining table under the oven with four foldable chairs), in the living room there also is a cable TV with international channels (as well as cable Internet access), a DVD player, and two windows.
Fitted out with two 0,80cm wide single beds put side-by-side making a queen size bed, bedside tables and lamps, and a large wall mirror above the white marble decorative fireplace, the bedroom is brightened by two windows. In addition there is a built in closet, an antique desk, and wall shelves.
The open handy kitchen is equipped with four vitro ceramic burners and a stainless steel sink fit on the L-shapped off-white worktop, a traditional electric oven, a hood with exhaust fan, casing dishwasher and combo fridge-freezer, an electric coffee maker (electric kettle and toaster are to be installed), quality cabinets and drawers including the flatware and necessary utensils.
All white tiled the bathroom encloses a pleasant shower cabin screened by glass doors, a nice old-fashioned white ceramic washbasin and taps, a combo washing-drying machine, toilet, and a window.
The closest metro stations are Georges V - Etoile (line 1), Ternes (line 2), and Saint Philippe du Roule (line 9).
