Two bedroom apartment close to the Eiffel tower

Situated between Boulevard Exelmans and rue de Varize. Privileged and mostly residential, this district offers the amenities of central Paris- restaurants and cafes, food and other convenience shops, in a short walking distance to the Parc des Princes, one of the most important stadiums in France. Also close is the gorgeous Bois de Boulogne park ideal for an agreeable stroll between trees and lakes. The Trocadero neighborhood and the Eiffel Tower, as well as the Place de l'Etoile and Champs Elysées are in ten to fifteen minutes distance by metro. The Roland Garros Stadium (http://www.fft.fr/rolandgarros/fr/) and the Auteuil racecourse (http://www.france-galop.com/fr/index.asp) are also at close distance. Overlooking Paris roofs and the fairly distant Eiffel Tower this bright furnished two-bedroom apartment is full sky east exposed, facing the calm street, located on the 7th floor of a building dating back to the beginning of the 20th century. Building has a security system, an intercom, an elevator, and a full time caretaker. The peaceful 70m² surface has 2.70m high ceilings and a neat parquet floor, consisting on a hall-corridor leading to the separate kitchen at the left side of the main door, then to the separate toilet and bathroom, two opposite bedrooms, and finally to the living room. Featuring a balcony on the street side and bright yellow painted walls the agreeable 14m² living room is provided with a red sofa, a round dining table and four wooden foldable chairs, a cable TV, a stereo, (a portable telephone is available in the hall), a floor lamp, an area rug, a double glazing French window giving access to the balcony, and two double glazed extra windows. Both bedrooms are very calm, and have windows garnished with curtains, looking out onto the courtyard. The 14m2 master bedroom includes a 140cm wide double bed, a bedside table and lamp, a recessed closet with full-length mirror doors, a TV and a telephone. Also sizing 14m2 the guest bedroom is furnished with 0,90cm wide single trundle beds that may also be used as a couch, two wall lamps, a cabinet, an antique desk, an armchair, an antique desk, and a small extensible table. Well equipped and practical the kitchen is fitted out with two induction burners, a multifunction oven, a combo fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, electric coffee maker and kettle, a toaster, a square ceramic sink placed below the window, and utensils put away in the cupboard. A window ventilates the bathroom decorated in the white and green tones. It encloses a bathtub screened by a plastic curtain, a white ceramic washbasin fitted on a recessed cabinet, a combo washing-drying machine, and a towels rack. Toilet is separate. There is a high speed internet connection available in the apartment. The closest metro station is Exelmans (line 9) and Michel-Ange Molitor (Line 10). From this station, you can access the Latin quarter in 20 minutes.
