Studio apartment with private garden close to the Arc de Triomphe
|
Situated between Avenue Mac Mahon and rue de l'Arc de Triomphe.
A few steps to the Arc de Triomphe, to the Champs Elysées Avenue, and to the prettiest of the Parisian parks, the Park de Monceau, surrounded by alluring gates and featuring winning gardens and paths, sculptures of renowned personalities, and small polls. It is fairly distant to all main points of interest. Selected restaurants, cafes, and all conveniences are easily found in the whole neighborhood.
A privilege is to have a private 25m2 garden in the heart of Paris, the main asset of this charming and very calm 30m2 alcove studio located on the 1st floor of a 20th century building provided with a security system and a full time caretaker. North and northwest exposed it has white walls and a wall-to-wall carpet.
The hall includes a recessed closet, the bathroom and the separate toilet placed to the left side.
Opening onto the garden through the bay window (protected by a metal shutter that can be rolled down), the 17m2 living room features a 140m2 double sofa bed, two Murphy beds, a round wooden dining table and five chairs, a cabinet, a desk, a TV, wall paintings, lamps, and a telephone.
Kept out of sight by double doors the kitchen is equipped with two electric burners, an electric oven, a fridge, an electric kettle, and a stainless steel sink. The utensils are stowed away in the cupboards.
The bathroom has a bathtub with a detachable showerhead protected by a synthetic curtain, a white ceramic washbasin with a mirror above and a cabinet below, and toilet.
The closest metro stations are Ternes (line 2) and Charles de Gaulle - Etoile (lines 4, 8, and 9).
