One bedroom apartment close to the Luxembourg garden

Neighboring the Luxembourg Garden, situated between Boulevard Saint Michel and Place Paul Claudel. All along bordering the north side of the exceptional Luxembourg Garden with its magnificent alleys and pool, as well as the Palais du Luxembourg, where is the Senate, the upper house of the French Parliament, this very well located street is in a short walking distance to Saint Germain des Près, to the Seine River, and to the Quartier Latin. In the neighborhood there are elegant boutiques, cinemas, fine restaurants, cafes, and all sorts of convenience shops. Entirely renovated and bright this pleasant 61m2 apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 18th century walk up building equipped with a security system. Facing the street and the courtyard, it is south and north exposed, has 2,83m high ceilings, and a nice herringbone patterned floor. It accommodates four people. Next to the main door are the bedroom and separate toilet. Preceding the living room there is a corridor showing bright yellow walls and a red and white tiled floor, in which there is a built in closet. China red and white decorated the pleasant 33m2 living room is fitted out with a sofa, two 0,90cm wide single beds also acting as sofas, a round coffee table, two leather design armchairs, a top glass round dining table and four pleasant chairs, a fine gilded frame mirror above the decorative fireplace, a console, recessed wall shelves, a closet, a nice floor lamp, wall paintings, a stereo, a flat screen cable TV, a telephone, and an area carpet. Two French windows garnished with curtains overlook the street. Parallel to the corridor the recessed and open kitchen area is provided with four induction burners, an classical oven with microwave function, a dishwasher, a hood with fan, a fridge, a freezer, electric kettle and coffee maker, a toaster, double stainless steel sinks, and cupboards below the worktop containing the necessary utensils. Sizing 8,5m2 and look out over the narrow courtyard, the bedroom is furnished with a 140cm wide double bed with night tables and lamps, a mirror doors recessed closet, wall paintings, and a window ornate with curtains. Adjoining the living room is the nice bathroom, white and light blue tiled, having a neat wooden floor and ceiling spot lights, enclosing a tiled shower cabin protected by a synthetic curtain and a white ceramic washbasin fit on a wooden top ahead a large mirror. Toilet is separate. Waher/ dryer combo in the apartment. The closest metro stations are Odeon (line 4, 10), Cluny la Sorbonne (line 10 and RER B), and Luxembourg (RER B).
