Neighborhood: This accommodation is on a mostly residential street close to the Place de la Nation. It is located only a few metro stations away from the legendary Place de la Bastille with many different entertainment options, such as the new Opera House, cinemas, diverse restaurants and pubs, as well as all kinds of trendy stores. Conveniences such as farmer's markets, supermarkets and drugstores are easily found in the neighborhood. Premises: This two-story 80m2 duplex house from the 19th century with security system has a large window front with rolling blinds on the ground floor. It has an eastern exposure and looks out onto an alley garden. The house has yellow painted floor and a 3,25m high ceiling in the living room. The living room is fitted out with a 120cm wide single sofa bed, a rectangular dining table and six chairs, a decorative fireplace, a desk, a TV, a DVD player, a stereo, a telephone, an area carpet, and ceiling spots. The open kitchen is equipped with one electric and three gas burners, an electric oven, a microwave oven, a fridge, a worktop, a cabinet, a white ceramic sink, cupboards and drawers containing all the necessary kitchen utensils. There is a washing machine in the kitchen, as well. A wooden ladder (with handrails now - not on the pictures) leads to the small mezzanine, which is separated by a sliding wooden door. On the mezzanine there is a 120cm wide single mattress, a lamp, a desk and a window with fabric rolling blinds. Separated from the living room by a sliding door are the bedrooms and the bathroom. The small guests bedroom has ceiling beams, two 0,90cm wide single mattresses, a night table, a lamp, a chest of drawers and a recessed closet. A flight of wooden stairs leads to the first floor where a small landing shows cabinets. Straight ahead is the bathroom, and to the right the master bedroom The master bedroom is fitted out with a 140cm wide double mattress, wall lamps and paintings, ceiling beams and a skylight. The narrow bathroom has a low ceiling (2.10m high) - 1.80m high in the tiled shower cabin, which is screened by a plastic curtain (watch doorway width - 0,52cm wide). There are also a white ceramic washbasin and a toilet.
