A two-bedroom apartment close to Montorgeuil Street

Neighborhood: Montorgueil area. An authentic live village of residential and commercial streets is the Parisian traditional Quartier Montorgueil, in its most part pedestrian, as retractable boundary marks allow almost only the residents to go in with their automobiles. It's the place of gourmets' choice, renowned for the quality from father to son victuals' shops, and also for the fact that for long time it has been the domain of fashion designers. Paved with small stones, rue Montorgueil is the heart of this area, enclosing remarkable restaurants, and having all along number of pleasant cafes. The apartment is 10 minutes walking distance to the Louvre Museum and the adjoining famous Tuileries Gardens, as well as to the Seine River with its unique islands - Ile de la Cite/Ile-Saint Louis and Notre Dame Cathedral. Being in the heart of Paris, it is only 5 minutes walk away from Paris' central subway station (Chatelet-Les Halles) onto the lines RER A, B, D, E and metros 1, 4, 7, 11 and 14. Premises: The apartment has a northern exposure and is located on the third floor of a well-maintained building, which was built in the 18th century. The building has a digicode, an intercom and an elevator. The entrance door opens onto a hall. Straight ahead, it leads to the 16m2living room and on the right to the kitchen and the second bedroom. The master bedroom is accessible thru this bedroom and offers access to a separate toilet. The bathroom links the toilet to the kitchen. The living room and the two bedrooms are linked as well. Access to the toilet is both by the bedroom 1 and the bathroom The living room faces the pedestrian street. This room is decorated in an eclectic style. It is furnished with a sofa, a coffee table, a cupboard and a flat screen TV. The two windows have exterior shutters. The 16 m2 bedroom is furnished with a double size bed, two chests of drawers and a large closet with sliding doors. The 14m2 second bedroom has two single futon beds. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave oven, and refrigerator with a freezer compartment. There are a number of closets that contain basic kitchenware. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with a showerhead and washbasin with a mirror. The toilet is separate in a tiled room equipped with a laundry machine. Smokers and pets are not permitted. The heating and the water heater are both electric and individual. The nearest metro station is Etienne Marcel (Line 3).
