A studio apartment in the heart of the Marais
|
Neighborhood:
Just beside the Georges Pompidou Cultural Center, also known as Beaubourg, this apartment is close to Les Halles Mall, what means about a 10minute walking distance to the Louvre Museum and adjoining Royal Tuileries Garden, as well as to the Seine River with its unique islands - Ile de la Cite, Notre Dame Cathedral berth, and the delightful Ile Saint Louis - a must to see. In addition to the French traditional and international restaurants and cafes, all sorts of facilities are easily found in the neighborhood.
Premises:
This 29m² apartment is located on the fifth French floor of a 19th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a code security system and a intercom.
Layout:
The entrance door opens on the kitchen. In front of the entrance a door gives an access to the bathroom. On the left of this bathroom a little hallway leads to the bedroom.
The 9m² separated tiled kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster and a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Above the sink, there are three closets containing the dishes. This Kitchen has also a window, which opens on a courtyard and a built-in closet.
The 13m² bedroom has one window, which opens on the small balcony and gives a view above the Paris' roof and on the Georges Pompidou center. It is furnished with a double size sofabed with 2 bedside table, a sideboard with upon it a TV and a built-in closet.
The tiled bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and a toilette.
The closest metro station is Hotel de ville (line 1).
Electric heat and hot water individually metered.
Pets are permitted, but Smoking is not.
