Neighborhood:
This room is located in the 16rd Arrondisement, between Boulevard Montmorency and Rue Oswaldo Cruz. Passy is a residential area with lots of small food shops in the area. The Bois de Boulogne is within walking distance from the apartment.
Premises:
The 10m2 room with high ceilings is furnished in an eclectic style. It is sited on the 7th floor of a Hausmann type building with an elevator and is protected by a coded security system and a concierge. The apartment has one window and faces northeast.
The entrance door leads directly into the room, which is furnished with a single bed, a wardrobe, two shelves and a table with a chair. There is a small refrigerator and a ventilation system. A shower and a toilet are in the room. The toilet can be pulled out of a little wardrobe that is beneath the shower.
The closest metro is Ranelagh (line 9).
Heat is electric and hot water is individually metered.
Smoking is permitted but pets are not.
