One bedroom apartment close to the Grands Boulevards

This one bedroom apartment is located in the 10th arrondissement, opening on the Grands Boulevards just a few steps away from the Porte Saint Martin and the Porte Saint Denis; two triumphal arches erected in the 17th century to celebrate major French victories and recently cleaned and restored.
It offers the occasion to discover the Grands Boulevards (composed of boulevards named de la Madeleine, des Italiens, St-Martin, des Capucines, Montmartre, Poissonnière, St-Denis, Bonne-Nouvelle), where all the major department stores are as well as cinemas and restaurants. It is at a short metro distance from the Opera Garnier.
But it is also one of those traditional popular district of Paris, where one can find a great mix of communities and cultures, such as the Passage Brady, with all its Indian restaurants, the famous jazz-club "The New Morning", the Brazilian cabaret "Les Etoiles", African beauty salons and lots of lovely passageways.
Premises:
This 37m² one bedroom apartment is located on the second floor (third for USA) of a pre-war building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security code system.
Layout:
The entrance door opens onto a hallway, the bedroom and the bathroom are on the left and. Straight ahead from the entrance, there is the living room and the open-kitchen.
The 20m² living room has two windows overlooking the street. It is furnished in an eclectic style with a double size sofa bed, a dining table, a sideboard and a built-in closet.
The open kitchen is located behind a bar. It is equipped with an electric stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker and a toaster.
The 7m² bedroom has one window opening onto a courtyard. It is furnished with a mezzanine. On the mezzanine there is a double size futon bed. Under the mezzanine, there are some shelves and a wardrobe.
The white tiled bathroom is equipped with a bathtub surmounted by a showerhead, a washbasin and a toilet. There is also a laundry machine.
The nearest metro station is Strasbourg St Denis (line 4,8,9).
Smoking and pets are not permitted.
Heat and hot water are electric and individually metered.
