Two bedroom apartment close to the Seine
|
Neighborhood:
The "Village d'Auteuil", a traditional neighborhood of this very selected district that provides choice fashion and conveniences, and other shops, fine restaurants and cafes. There are two open-air markets in the area. It is at a short metro ride from the most known Parisian monument in the world, the Eiffel tower with its 3 stages of 320 meters high in total, including the antenna, and weighting approximately 7 300 tons, was built for the 1889 world exhibition. Gustave Eiffel, French engineer specialized in revolutionary steel constructions, carried out its two years construction. On one side it faces the splendid Champ de Mars and beautiful floral gardens, and on the other side, beyond the Seine River, the Trocadero Place where is the Palais de Chaillot built for the International Exhibition in 1937, housing the Cinema Museum, the Marine Museum, and the Humain Being Museum, as well as an esplanade offering the most impressive view of the Eiffel Tower.
Premises:
This 63m² two bedroom apartment is located on the first floor (second for USA) of a walk-up building, which was built in 1907. A concierge, a security code system and an intercom protect the main entrance gate. This apartment has a southern exposure and faces the courtyard.
Layout:
The entrance door opens directly onto the living room. Straight ahead there is the master bedroom, the separate toilet and the bathroom. On the right side from the entrance, there is the second bedroom and the open-kitchen.
The 30m² living room has a bay window overlooking the courtyard. It is furnished with sofas, a coffee table, two desks, some armchairs and a chest of drawers. There is a decorative fireplace and some shelves with lot of books.
The open - kitchen has a window and is equipped with a stove, a microwaves oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a laundry machine (washer), a coffee maker and a toaster.
The 12m² master bedroom has a window overlooking the courtyard. It is furnished with a double size bed, a mirror, a large closet and two built-in shelves with a TV and a VCR.
The 9m² second bedroom has a bay window, which gives a view above the building's courtyard and curtains can close it. It is furnished with a child's bed (single size) with under it two cabinets closed by sliding doors.
The white tiled bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a washbasin.
The separate toilet has white painted walls and a tiled floor.
The nearest metro station is Mirabeau (line 10).
Heat and hot water are electric and individually metered.
