Studio apartment close to the Canal St Martin

Neighborhood: This apartment is close to the Canal Saint Martin and its promenade. A charming park, the square Villemin is located down the street. The neighborhood gathers many shops and restaurants, all the facilities can be found at the corner of the street. Since a few years this neighborhood is of the new rising areas of Paris. It combines the traditional charm of the canal, the mix of cultures of its inhabitants, the convenience of its closeness to the central Place de la République and the trendy wind of creation in diverse fields such as fashion, gastronomy or arts and craft. The Marais and the "Conservatoire des Arts et Métiers" are not far away. Premises: This studio apartment is situated on the 10th floor of a recent building.
