Studio apartment close to the Canal St Martin
|
Neighborhood:
This apartment is close to the Canal Saint Martin and its promenade. A charming park, the square Villemin is located down the street. The neighborhood gathers many shops and restaurants, all the facilities can be found at the corner of the street. Since a few years this neighborhood is of the new rising areas of Paris. It combines the traditional charm of the canal, the mix of cultures of its inhabitants, the convenience of its closeness to the central Place de la République and the trendy wind of creation in diverse fields such as fashion, gastronomy or arts and craft. The Marais and the "Conservatoire des Arts et Métiers" are not far away.
Premises:
This 30m² studio apartment is situated on the 10th floor of a recent building. It faces the courtyard (northeast exposure). The building has a security system (digicode), an intercom and an elevator.
Layout:
The entrance door opens onto a hall, which leads straight ahead to the living / sleeping room and its opens kitchen. The bathroom is accessible thru the living room.
The 20m² living room has a French window overlooking a courtyard and offering a view above the Paris's roofs. It is furnished with a queen size sofa bed, a round glass dining table with its chairs, a desk, a shelf and a console. This room has also a large built-in closet, a cable TV, a stereo and an Internet connection.
A bar separates the open-kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with two vitro-ceramic burners, a combo microwave / traditional oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a toaster. The open kitchen gives an access to a small balcony. This balcony has a bistro table and two chairs.
The bathroom is totally tiled in gray. It is equipped with a bathtub, a washbasin, a laundry machine and a toilet. There is a hair-dryer.
The entrance hall has a built-in closet.
The nearest metro stations are Jacques Bonsergent (line 5) and République ligne (3- 5-9-11 ).
Heat and hot water are both collective.
