Neighborhood: The "Village d'Auteuil", a traditional neighborhood of the very selected 16th district provides a choice of fashion and convenience stores, fine restaurants and cafes. This entrance gate opens onto a flight of stairs, which leads to a second door protected by a code system. This door gives an access to the staircase and to the elevator. The bathroom has a window and is equipped with a bathtub, a washbasin, a bidet and a toilet. The nearest metro station is Passy (line 6). Heat is collective. Hot water is electric and individually metered.
