A modern one-bedroom apartment in the Marais

Neighborhood: Paris Right Bank, on Boulevard du Temple, le Marais, close to the Place des Vosges, and on the corner of the Cirque d'Hiver Bouglione (Monument classified Napoléon III) where various performances take place. Nicely situated, close from Rue de Bretagne and its large diversity of stores and from the Temple area and its covered markets. Next to the building are a French bakery, a café and a post office as well as French Bistros where you will enjoy good quality food. The Seine quays are not far away as well as Iles Saint Louis where you could for instance enjoy the view in savoring a dessert of the famous Parisian ice-cream maker. Les Halles district and the well-known Georges Pompidou center, as well as the new trendy Parisian districts Bastille and Oberkampf are also close-by. Very close to the apartment is the brand new luxury hotel the Murano. Premises: This 66m² one bedroom apartment is located on the third floor of a 1840s walk-up building. The main entrance door is protected with a code system. It opens onto a corridor, which leads to a small paved courtyard and leads to the staircase. The apartment has a northwest exposure. Layout: The entrance door opens onto a hall, which leads on the right to the living room with its open kitchen and to the bathroom, and it leads straight ahead to the second living room (easily convertible onto a second bedroom). The master bedroom is accessible by the first living room. This bedroom has also a dressing room and an office. The 19m² first living room has a window opening onto the street. The 13m² second bedroom has a window, which opens onto the street. It is furnished with a double size bed and two bedside tables. This room gives an access to a small office furnished with a desk, a chair and shelves. The dressing room has two closets. The bathroom has two windows and is equipped with a washbasin, a toilette, a bidet and a small bathtub. The entrance hall has three large built-in closets. The nearest metro station is Filles du Calvaire (line 8). Heat and hot water use gas and are individually metered.
