Excellent location : heart of paris
|
In the heart of Paris, located on the famous Boulevard Saint-Germain, this silent and bright apartment overlooking a small calm street and northwest exposed is ideal for 2 people.
Recently renovated, the nice building from the 19th century has a small elevator (2 people), a security system, and an intercom.
Most of the walls of this 35m2 1 bedroom apartment are white painted, kitchen and bathroom have tiled floor and walls, and a light gray carpet covers the floor in the living room and bedroom. Right after passing the main door a small hall gives access to all the rooms.
In the agreeable 15m2 living room there is a glass-topped dining table with cane legs, a sofa seating 3 people, a cane piece of furniture, and a cane armchair and coffee table. Furthermore there is a TV, and a window withcurtains with view on a small and calm street.
The calm 15m2 bedroom is furnished with a double orthopedic mattress on a slatted base, and a built-in closet. The view through the bedroom's window is on the same small street.
The nice and small independent kitchen is equipped with four electric burners and a hood with exhaust fan, a traditional oven, and a microwave oven. Furthermore with a fridge, a freezer with drawers, a white wooden worktop nearby the stainless sink, cupboards and drawers with all the necessary utensils. There is also a washing-drying machine, and a coffee maker.
In the bathroom, there is a small bathtub with shower protected by a plastic curtains, a washbasin, and closet.
The fashionable Boulevard St Germain begins on the historic Pont de Sully, one of the bridges linking the Seine River banks, crossing the delightful Ile Saint Louis. In a very short distance is the Pantheon containing the remains of many great French men, a typical Mosque, and the biggest University of Paris, Jussieu. In all this area many services and entertainment options are offered - nice restaurants and cafes, diverse
sorts of shops, fine bakeries, and supermarkets.
Linen is not provided. Smokers are accepted.. Pets are not tolerated.
Electric heater and water heater are individual. Electricity is to be paid according to consumption. Cable subscription and telephone rental are at
client's charge and care.
