Neighborhood: In short walking distance from the apartment are the Place Vendôme, the Opéra Garnier, the Louvre Museum, and the National Library. Premises: This 30m² (approx. 320 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment with a western exposure is located on the fifth floor (sixth in the USA) of a 19th century building equipped with an elevator. A coded security system and an intercom protect the main entrance gate. Layout: The entrance door opens into a corridor which leads to the living room and the open kitchen; to the left is the bathroom and then the bedroom. The bedroom is also accessible through the living room. The 11m² (approx. 115 sq. ft.) living room has two double-glaze windows overlooking the street. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a bedside table, a dining table, a closet, a high-speed Internet connection, a cable TV, a stereo and a phone. The open kitchen is equipped with two vitro ceramic burners, a washing machine, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. The 9m² (approx. 95 sq. ft.) bedroom is furnished with a double-size bed, two bedside tables and some shelves. The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. The nearest metro station is Palais Royal Musée du Louvre (lines 1,7). Heat and hot water are both electric and individually metered
