Studio apartment in the heart of the Marais

Neighborhood:
This apartment is located a few minutes away from Les Halles, in the heart of the famous pedestrian Montorgueil area with its large choice of quality food products, restaurants and cafes, as well as other services. It is also in short walking distance to such main points of interest as the Marais, the Seine River, Notre Dame on Ile de la Cité, the unique Ile Saint Louis, and to the majestic Louvre Museum. From its adjoining Jardin des Tuileries, one of the most famous parks in Paris, there is a fine perspective -- the alignment of the Obelisk on Place de la Concorde, the Champs Elysée and the Arc de Triomphe in one direction and the Arc de Triomphe du Carroussel and the glass pyramid of the Louvre in the other.
Premises:
This 25m² (approx. 265 sq. ft.) studio apartment is located on the first floor of a recently renewed 18th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded security system and an intercom. The apartment has a western exposure.
Layout:
The entrance door opens into a hallway leading to the bathroom on the left and the living room on the right. The open kitchen is located between the entrance door and the living room.
The 16m² (approx. 170 sq. ft.) living room has two double-glazed windows overlooking the street. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a double-size bed (located in a recess), a TV, a built-in closet and a table.
The open kitchen is equipped with two electric burners, a small refrigerator, a cooker hood and a microwave oven.
The designer bathroom is fitted with a bathtub, a washbasin and a toilet.
There is also a washing machine, a built-in closet in the entrance hallway and another one in the kitchen.
The nearest metro station is Etienne Marcel (line 4).
Heat and hot water are electric and are individually metered.
