Located in one of the most picturesque areas of Paris due to its multicultural flavor, this apartment is near many shops, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. It is easy walking distance to Buttes Chaumont, the largest park in Paris (25 hectares or approx. 60 acres). It is also convenient to Republique and a short distance from the Marais, the Louvre, and the Seine in the heart of Paris. It is also located just a few minutes away from colorful Chinatown with its many shops and restaurants.

This 30m² (approx. 320 sq. ft.) studio apartment is located on the 10th floor of a 1970s building; it has an elevator. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded security system. This gate opens to a second glass door protected by an intercom. The apartment has a northern exposure and a hard wood floor.

Layout:

The entrance door opens into a small hall leading to the living room and the open kitchen. On the left is the bathroom.

The 23m² (approx. 245 sq. ft.) living room has a large window opening onto a bay window balcony overlooking the street. It offers a nice view of the Eiffel Tower and the Sacré Coeur. It is furnished with a double-size bed, two bedside tables, a sofa and a dining table with chairs. There is also a TV, a stereo, a phone and a high speed Internet connection.
