Neighborhood: This apartment is located in a very attractive and historic area of Paris, near the rue Mouffetard, one of the oldest streets in the city. The neighborhood boasts the well-known Mouffetard's open-air market, many restaurants and cafes. Not far from the apartment is one of the most famous monuments in the world, the Pantheon, originally built as a church but which has become the national memorial and burial place of France's great men. The green expanses and pools of the Jardin du Luxembourg soften the intense urbaneness of the area. The apartment is also located very close to the Arenes de Lutece, the Roman arena of the ancient city where circus games took place in the past, and also of a theater that currently functions as an amphitheater. It is a five-minute walk to the Museum of Natural History with its numerous gardens and animals, and the Mosque de Paris. The area abounds with restaurants, pubs, cinemas, and all sorts of services. It also has a walk-in closet, a parquet floor and a decorative fireplace. This room has a private bathroom equipped with a shower, a washbasin and a window. The 13m² (approx. 135 sq. ft.) second bedroom has a window facing a courtyard with an eastern exposure. It is furnished with a trundle bed, a desk and an antique Chinese cabinet. The 9m² (approx. 95 sq. ft.) third bedroom has a window with the same view and exposure as the second bedroom. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed and shelves. This room also has a TV. The spacious dressing room has shelves and wardrobes. There is a built-in closet in the entrance hall, which is decorated with shelves. The narrow hallway has some built-in closets. The nearest metro station is Cluny - Sorbonne (line 10). Heat and hot water are electric and are individually metered.
