Studio apartment in a lively neighborhood

Neighborhood:
The apartment is located on heart of this lively neighborhood. Every day, the most amazing market takes place there with its unique product: fruit look like vegetables, bananas are huge and vegetables look like nothing else, kind of fish impossible to find anywhere else like the sompate and the machoiron from Sénégal, or small sharks. On the rue des Poissonniers, there are grocers from the West Indies and Africa. This unique neighborhood invites you by its particular sounds and its colours and transports you directly on the heart of Africa. It is a very different Paris' atmosphere.
It is also close from the cathedral "Sacré Coeur" perched at the very top of the singular Butte Montmartre, which offers a wonderful view of Paris. There are many sorts of typical shops, restaurants, bars, and also painters and caricaturists working in the open air around this cathedral.
Premises:
This 15 m² (approx. 161 sq. ft.) studio apartment is located on the 6th floor of a walk-up building dating back from beginning the 20th century. A coded security system protects the main entrance gate, which leads to the staircase.
The 10m² (approx.113 sq. ft.) living room has a window with a northeastern exposure overlooking a courtyard. It has a parquet floor, which is covered by a sisal carpet. It is furnished with a table, a double size sofa bed, a small table with its two chairs, a TV and a closet.
The small speared kitchen has a tiled floor and a small window. It is equipped with two burners, a microwave oven, a small refrigerator, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee maker.
The white tiled bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet, accessible by a step from the living room.
Heat and hot water is electric and individually metered.
The nearest metro stations are Chateau Rouge (line 4) and Marcadet-Poissonniers (lines 4 & 12).
