Neighborhood : Bordering the splendid Luxembourg Garden, this apartment is situated in a part of the "Quartier Latin", one of the most youthful areas of Paris. It is also a few steps from the Pantheon, among the most important Parisian points of interest being nowadays a secular temple sheltering the remains of the great men of France (Victor Hugo, Alexandre Dumas, Emile Zola, Marie and Pierre Curie...). In a fair walking distance is the Sorbonne University, as well as the Seine River and its traditional second hand booksellers, and delectable islands. All around there are number of restaurants and cafes, diverse sorts of shops, and other quality conveniences such as Maubert Mutualité and Mouffetard open-air markets, supermarkets, and fine bakeries.
