Modern studio in the Montparnasse area

Neighborhood:
The street and the area where this studio is located are partly residential and partly commercial, featuring all kinds of stores and services. Montparnasse is a live and trendy area filled with theaters, cinemas, restaurants, and nice cafes. The Sixth Arrondissement and its elegant fashion shops are just 10 minutes away by subway.
Premises:
This 19m² (approx. 200 sq. ft.) studio is situated on the third floor (fourth in the U.S.) of a modern building with an elevator. A coded security system, an intercom and a full-time concierge protect the main entrance gate.
The 12m² (approx. 125 sq. ft.) main room has a double-glazed window with a northern exposure overlooking a courtyard. This room is furnished with a table with two chairs and some stools, a double-size sofa bed, an armchair, a cable TV, a DVD player and a stereo. This room has an Internet connection.
The kitchen is equipped with two electrics burners, a microwave oven, a small refrigerator, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle.
The bathroom has a small window and is equipped with a shower, a washbasin and an electric towel-drying rack.
The washing machine is located in the separate toilet.
Heat and hot water are electric and individually metered.
The closest metro station is Pernety (line 13).
