Premises: This 70m² (approx. 750 sq. ft.) charming two-bedroom apartment is located on the fourth floor of a recently constructed building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded security system and it opens into a paved courtyard; this leads to a glass door protected by an intercom opening into a corridor with an elevator. The apartment is north exposed and has an Internet connection. The entrance door opens into a corridor leading to the 30m² (approx. 320 sq. ft.) living room, which is furnished with a sofa bed, two armchairs, a coffee table, a sideboard, and a dining table with chairs. Next to this bedroom, a door leads to the 10m² (approx. 105 sq. ft.) second bedroom. It also has a small glass opening that looks into the living room. The room is furnished with two single-size beds and a closet. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a washbasin. The separate toilette is accessible through the living room. Heat and hot water are both electric. The nearest metro station is Cluny-La Sorbonne (line 10).
