Neighborhood:
This apartment is a few steps from the Eiffel Tower, situated between Place du Trocadero and Rue de Longchamp. This is a select, classy district providing choice fashion shops and conveniences, fine restaurants and cafes, and featuring the most renowned Parisian monument in the world. On one side it faces the splendid Champ de Mars and beautiful floral gardens; on the other side, beyond the Seine River, is Trocadero Place with the Palais de Chaillot and an esplanade offering a most impressive view of the Eiffel Tower.
Premises:
This 41m² (approx. 440 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor of a 19th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded security system and opens to a corridor leading to a courtyard where the door is. It opens directly into the staircase.
The entry opens into a small corridor leading to the living room and the open kitchen.
The 11m² (approx. 115 sq. ft.) living room has a window with a southern exposure overlooking a courtyard. It is furnished with a single-size sofa bed, a coffee table, an armchair, a small console and bookshelves.
The living room is separated from the open kitchen with a bar and stool. It is equipped with four electric plates topped by a cooker hood, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a toaster, a coffee maker a dishwasher and a washing machine.
The 16m² (approx. 170 sq. ft.) bedroom under a 3m50 high ceiling has a window with a western exposure overlooking a courtyard. It is furnished with a queen-size bed, a bedside table, a desk and chair, a coffee table, an armchair and a closet. There is also a decorative fireplace.
The open bathroom has no real separation (space and small blocked glass wall) from the corridor linking the living room and the bedroom. It has a shower, a washbasin and toilette.
Collective Heat and hot water.
The nearest metro station is Trocadéro (Lines 6 and 9).
