This furnished apartment is situated in the heart of the prestigious and centrally located 16th Arrondissement of Paris. It is situated near Passy, in a lively neighborhood of fashion shops, restaurants, and cinemas. In a few minutes walking distance is the Trocadero with its famous museums; the Eiffel Tower is also close to this accommodation. The open market of the Rue de l'Annonciation is another asset of the area.
Premises:
This 15m˛ (approx. 160 sq. ft.) studio apartment is located on the sixth floor of a 19th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded security system and an intercom. This gate opens into a hall leading to a service door that opens into the service staircase.
The 13m˛ (approx. 135 sq. ft.) main room has a parquet floor and a window with curtains overlooking the street with a western exposure. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a cabinet, a chest of drawers, cable TV, a phone and a stereo.
Next to the entrance door is the open kitchen and its bar. It is equipped with two electric burners, a microwave, a small refrigerator, a washing machine, a coffee maker, a toaster and an electric kettle. There is also a small dining table with two chairs.
The small bathroom is accessible from the kitchen via a narrow sliding door. It contains a shower and a toilette. There is no washbasin.
Wireless internet access is available.
Heat and hot water are both electric and individually metered.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is Ranelagh (line 9).
