This refined, furnished apartment on the seventh floor of the famous Carré Vauban building (1930s) in Paris offers an exceptional view of the Eiffel Tower (south) and the Dome of Invalides (north). This accommodation is a classified historic heritage building between avenue de Segur and avenue Lowendal.
Premises:
The 170m2 (approx. 1,825 sq. ft.) apartment entrance leads to a corridor with the kitchen on the left, the living room and open dining room on the right, and farther down, the cozy second living room. All of this area is tiled. There is a terrace facing the south side of the apartment, mainly in the living room and the master bedroom. To the left of the corridor are two bedrooms facing the Dome of Invalides. At the end of the long corridor is the master bedroom with its designer bathroom and toilette. The second bathroom is opposite the other bedrooms. All the windows are double-glazed.
The living room is furnished with two sofas, some armchairs, a banquette, a home theater, two coffee tables, and a fireplace. The terrace is accessible via a sliding door.
The dining area has a glass dining table with six chairs. This room joins the corridor with the kitchen via a sliding glass door. A double-glazed window lets in a lot of light.
The second living room is furnished with two sofas, a flat screen TV, a DVD player and a stereo. It has a double-glazed sliding door leading to the terrace.
The terrace is furnished with a dining table and chairs as well as some deck chairs.
The modern kitchen is accessible by a sliding glass door. It has a dining table and is equipped with a stove, four induction burners, a coffee maker, a toaster, a refrigerator and a freezer.
The master bedroom (approx. 160 sq. ft.) has a double-size bed and is furnished with a spacious built-in closet and a bedside table. There is also a cross trainer.
An original, fashionable characteristic of this apartment is the bathroom, which has been decorated by a designer. It has a large mirror and a designer bathtub with two showerhead systems. The lights are equipped with a dimmer. The bathroom is tiled and has also exotic wood floors. It has three windows and is furnished with a washbasin with shelves and a built-in closet with a separate washing machine and dryer.
The second bedroom has a parquet floor and a double-glazed window overlooking the courtyard. It is furnished with a double bed, a desk and a piano.
The third bedroom also has a parquet floor and a double-glazed window. It is furnished with a double bed, a desk, and a stereo.
The long corridor has a built-in closet with many spacious drawers and a wardrobe. An Internet connection is available.
Heat and hot water are electric..
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is Ecole Militaire (line 8).
