studio apartment just steps from Georges Pompidou Center
Neighborhood:

The Marais has a lively and historical atmosphere due to its pre-Revolution architecture, and a substantial number of points of interest such as museums, art galleries, design shops, and diverse bars and restaurants. This furnished apartment is located on a street situated between Rue Rambuteau and Rue aux Ours, meaning it is just between Les Halles and the Beaubourg area with the famous Pompidou Center, an avant-garde structure and one of Paris' most visible buildings. There are all sorts of essential shops and services near this accommodation.

Premises:

This 16m² (approx. 170 sq. ft.) studio apartment is located on the fourth floor of a 19th century recently renovated walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded system and opens into a second door with a coded system. This gives access to the staircase.

The apartment entrance opens directly into the 10m² (approx. 105 sq. ft.) main room, which has a parquet floor and a double-glazed window with curtains that overlooks a courtyard. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed surrounded by two built-in closets, a coffee table, a folding dining table, folding stools and a console with a small cable TV and a DVD player. There is also a high-speed DSL Internet connection (a wireless connection is also available).

The open kitchen is equipped with two electric plates, a microwave, a small refrigerator, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle.

The tiled bathroom has a window and is fitted with a shower, a toilette, a washbasin and a washing machine.

Heat and hot water are electric and individual.

For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro stations are Rambuteau (line 11) and Châtelet-les Halles (lines 1,4,7,11,14 - RER A, B, D).
