Neighborhood: This furnished apartment is located near one of the most famous French monuments in Paris, the Hotel Royal des Invalides, built during the reign of King Louis XIV and a masterpiece of 17th century architecture; it houses several museums and faces the Champs de Mars with its beautiful floral gardens, the Seine, the Place de Trocadero and the Eiffel Tower. The neighborhood around this accommodation offers elegant fashion boutiques and convenience shops, as well as a number of high-end restaurants and cafes. Premises: This 16m² (approx. 170 sq. ft.) studio apartment is located on the fourth floor of a 19th century building with an elevator. A coded security system, an intercom and a concierge protect the main entrance gate. There are 3-meter ceilings. The 11m² (approx. 115 sq. ft.) main room has a window that overlooks a courtyard. It is furnished with a single-size sofa bed, a cabinet, a foldable bar with four chairs and a mezzanine with a double-size bed. There is a wardrobe on the left of the mezzanine with drawers and a hanging area, and also overhead storage at the entrance The open kitchen is equipped with two electric burners, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a kettle and a toaster. There is also a washing machine. The tiled bathroom contains a shower cabin, a towel dryer and a washbasin. Heat and hot water are collective. For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is Saint François Xavier (line 13).
