This is an excellent location close to many significant points of interest like the Georges Pompidou Cultural Center, City Hall, the Louvre Museum, and Notre Dame Cathedral. Due to its proximity to attractions, this location can be noisy. Rue de la grande Truanderie neighbors the authentic, lively village of residential and commercial streets known as Quartier Montorgueil, which is mostly pedestrian due to the retractable boundary marks that let in exclusively residents' vehicles. A favorite neighborhood of the gourmands, it is renowned for the quality of its father-to-son grocery stores, and for having long been the domain of fashion designers. Not far from this accommodation, the cobblestoned Rue Montorgueil is the heart of the area and features remarkable restaurants and pleasant cafes. Premises: This 15m² (approx. 161 sq. ft.) studio apartment is located on the second floor of a 17th-century walk-up building. The entrance gate with a coded security system opens into a corridor leading to the staircase. The entrance door opens onto the main room and the open kitchen.
